Why spoken testimonials work harder
You can’t fake a voice like a quote with a stock photo. Hesitation, laughter, emphasis – that’s what builds trust.
Typing is work. Talking is easy. Press a button, talk, done in 40 seconds – nobody drops out halfway.
One minute of speech holds 150 words. Most typed reviews have twelve.
How it works
- Add the widget. One line of code on your thank-you page, in your course platform or in the e-mail after purchase. Take the template, adjust the colour, done.
- The customer speaks. Press the mic, talk, send. Name and e-mail address are optional – you decide what to ask for. The consent checkbox is built in.
- You listen. The voice lands in your Speeeak Inbox, with a transcript if you like. Reply by voice or download the MP3 for your website.
Tip: Don’t ask “How did you like us?” – ask “What changed for you?”. The answer is always a story.

What you do with the voices
- Show them on your website: embed the message as a player – with first name and role, like a quote, only audible.
- Turn them into text: every message can come with a transcript (Plus and up). That becomes a written quote with proof.
- For social media: voice card as an image plus link – shareable in any channel.
- Privacy: consent in the widget, delete link for the speaker, servers in the EU, data processing agreement in one click.
Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. The widget runs in the browser – on the phone and on the desktop. Allow the mic, speak, send.
May I publish the voices?
Only with consent. That’s why the widget has a consent text you write yourself – e.g. “You may show my voice with my first name on your website”. The consent is stored with the message.
What does it cost?
The free account includes one widget with Speeeak link and 30 messages per month. Pro (€19/month) has five widgets, transcription and no Speeeak link. All limits are on the pricing page.
How long can a testimonial be?
Free up to 2 minutes, Pro up to 10. For testimonials one minute is plenty – shorter is better.
