For clubs, parent councils and schools
What should the club
tackle next?
The most important concerns don’t come up in the general meeting – they come up afterwards in the car park. With the Speeeak widget members and parents speak them whenever they like – on your website, no app, no club mailing list.

Why voice suits volunteer work
An e-mail to the board gets written “at some point”. A pill saying “Tell the board” gets pressed when something comes to mind – after practice, on the way home, on the phone.
People who talk explain: why the gym slot doesn’t work, what was missing at the summer fête, what idea someone has for the youth section. You hear the tone and know how serious it is.
Parents, seniors, teenagers – everyone has a phone with a browser. No account, no app, no form with twelve fields.
How it works
- Add the widget. One line of code on the members or parents page. The floating pill “Tell the board” sits at the bottom left and is visible on every page. Take the template, enter the club colour, done.
- The member speaks. Press the pill, read “What should the club tackle next?”, talk, send. You ask for name and e-mail the way you need it – required for follow-ups or optional for anonymous hints.
- The board listens. The messages land in the club’s Speeeak Inbox, with an e-mail notification if you like. Listen, discuss at the next meeting, reply to the sender by voice.
Tip: Make the messages a fixed item on the board agenda: “What came in via the pill?” People who notice their voice is heard will speak up again.
Use this template
Texts, fields, colour and display style are prepared – adjust name and colour, copy one line of code into your website, done.
Take the template into my account Step-by-step setup
Free account: 1 widget with Speeeak link. Pro: 5 widgets, Speeeak link can be switched off.
What you do with the messages
- Collect topics: before the general meeting or the parents’ evening you already know what’s on people’s minds – and can walk in prepared.
- Reply by voice: a short spoken reply from the board lands more personally than a two-liner. The sender hears it in the browser.
- Read as text: from Plus up, every message can come with a transcript – handy for the minutes.
- Privacy: write the consent text in the widget yourself, link to your privacy policy, delete link for the sender, servers in the EU, data processing agreement in one click.
Frequently asked questions
Do our members need an app or an account?
No. The widget runs in the browser – on the phone and on the desktop. Allow the mic, speak, send.
Can members speak anonymously?
That’s your call. Name and e-mail can be switched off or made optional in the widget. Without an e-mail, though, you can’t reply by voice – then it stays a one-way hint.
Is the free account enough for a club?
Often, yes. It includes one widget with Speeeak link, 30 messages per month and messages up to 2 minutes. If the club and the supporters’ association have separate websites, you need Pro (€19/month) with five widgets – without Speeeak link.
Who gets to hear the messages?
Whoever has access to the club’s Speeeak account. Speeeak publishes nothing automatically. What becomes of a message is up to the board – and it’s best to tell the sender by voice.
