Support Specialist (m/f/d)

We build time tracking for trade businesses – 1,900 companies, from the two-person plumbing shop to the roofing firm with 80 staff. You are the voice they hear when something doesn’t work.

The Nordwind Software office in Kiel: bright desks, plants, large windows

What you’ll do

  • Answer requests by phone, email and chat – around 25 a day, most solved in under ten minutes.
  • Explain features to master craftsmen and office managers so they can do it themselves next time.
  • Spot patterns: when three companies ask the same thing, you write the help article or pass it to the product team.
  • Test new releases from the customer’s point of view before rollout.
  • Once a quarter you visit a customer – we want to know what the app looks like on a building site.

What you bring

  • You enjoy explaining things and stay friendly, even when the person on the phone is annoyed.
  • Fluent German, spoken and written; understanding Low German is a genuine plus, no joke.
  • Experience in support or in a trade – one of the two is enough, we’ll teach you the other.
  • Curious about software, but you don’t need to code.
